Minneapolis-based digital agency Nina Hale, Inc. has appointed Heather Rist-Murphy to the newly created position of Vice President of Performance Content and Social Media. Rist-Murphy is tasked with leading the comprehensive content performance offering, inclusive of content strategy, social media, search engine optimization, and user experience practices.

Rist-Murphy joins Nina Hale, Inc. from Deluxe Corporation, where she was Director of Social Media, Content, and External Communications, implementing and directing social media and content strategy at the enterprise-brand level, including the Small Business Revolution. Before joining Deluxe Corporation, Rist-Murphy spent over four years at Cambria and Sun Country Airlines, where she managed the organization’s communications team and developed its social media approach and ecosystem.
