Nancy M. Dahl, a former President/COO for Lifetouch’s school and retail divisions and recently at Tastefully Simple, joins Nina Hale’s board of directors effective January 1, 2019.

Nancy’s expertise spans multiple industries – financial, consumer goods and services, construction and building projects, and retail. She’s led businesses that have ranged in size from $20M to $750M, and has been accountable for 15,000 employees, 7 manufacturing plants, 180 field offices and 720 retail studios. She was named a 2018 Women Who Lead and featured on the cover of MN Business Magazine, and was named a Women to Watch in Business by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She frequently speaks about leadership, leading change, innovation and professional development and recently wrote the book GROUNDED: Leading your Life with Intention, which is sold in Barnes & Noble and used in college and university curriculums across the country.
Nancy will be the fourth member of Nina Hale’s board of directors. Additional members include Nina Hale, agency founder and board chair; Donna Robinson, CEO of Nina Hale; Wendy Schoppert, Corporate Board Director for The Hershey Company and Bremer Bank, among others. Board duties include working with agency executives to develop policy and provide oversight and management.
Nina Hale had a record-breaking 2018 and is off to a successful start this year, landing a Fortune 500 client in the first week of 2019. The agency’s headcount grew by 30% in the past year, making it one of the largest independent agencies in the city. Nina Hale also has the distinction of being 100% employee-owned and one of the largest ESOP (employee stock option plan) agencies in the region.
