Collective Measures wins two “Best Place to Work” awards
Minneapolis, MN — Collective Measures, a 100% employee-owned media agency, is proud to announce it has been honored with two local “Best Place to Work” awards in 2024. This marks the agency’s ninth consecutive year as a Star Tribune Top Workplace, and the ninth win for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Best Places to Work award. Both awards use employee opinions to measure engagement and organizational health to recognize the best companies to work for in the Minneapolis area.
As an employee-owned agency, Collective Measures’ culture is driven by a collective commitment to the success of each employee. This means investing in employee development and mentorship, ensuring everyone reaches their potential and enjoys coming to work. It’s the people who make Collective Measures a best place to work, making these wins mean much more than just a trophy to display.
“Awards recognizing our workplace culture mean so much,” Allison McMenimen Bakken, Co-President, Managing Director shared. “They reflect the hard work, dedication, and passion of our growing team. We believe that when our employees thrive, our clients and community benefit as well.”
These recognitions mark Collective Measures’ 23rd and 24th “best place to work” wins. This solidifies its ongoing reputation as a premier workplace since its founding in 2005 from publications such as The Star Tribune, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Inc. magazine, and Minnesota Business magazine.
“These acknowledgments exhibit our focus on creating a supportive and collaborative workplace,” said Katie Otto, VP of Human Resources + People Operations. “Being seen as a best place to work is incredibly meaningful. It’s about creating an environment where people can grow and feel supported every step of the way.”
